very very nice small apartment! The washroom is impressive!! They could get more living/storage space if they put a high bunk in there instead of the bed…that way you can have a small sofa or futon under it for guests, as well as closet/storage space…

I lived in an apartment this small in Denver, for about 2 years. It was my first apartment, Nice and modern, just small. Cost me $400 a month.
